  1. The same disproven arguments and always "our youth" as the lynchpin. We ALWAYS must seek to protect our youth, but adults have rights too. Mueller admits no one's ever died from pot, so then why create tens of thousands of new felons each year? What could possibly justify this as opposed to alcohol, for starters? You can't overdose on pot and it's not physically addictive. It's time people had a legal right to choose something a lot less sinister than alcohol as their mood enhancer.

  2. "… you can buy all you want because you can't overdose on it. You would have to buy 1300 lbs of it and smoke it all in less than 1 hour to overdose on it and who the hell would even try to do that even if it were possible."

    Answer: Steve-o *lol*

  3. Thx for putting this on again…. 5 starring all of em'. Keep putting coverage of this stuff on, people need to hear about marijuana until they are so sick of it they legalize it just to shut us up, same way I get my chicks. joke! maybe……

  4. Marijuana has been illegal for far too long and the prohibition has done nothing but made gangsters rich, our communities unsafe, the potency of pot high, the number of youth smoking pot increase and our respect for police disappear.

  5. The facts that support legalization of marijuana are just that – facts! The other side of the debate (ignorant "moral high horse" prohibitionists) do not use facts to support their position. They use fear mongering and morality arguments instead of logic and science.

  6. Thanks to news programs actually running unbiased coverage on Marijuana, or at least showing both sides of the argument, the people that are so convinced that puffing trees is the devil's work are now just ending up looking like ignorant idiots.

  7. It amazes me how stupid that religious moron is. He just said that there are more dispenseries than all those fast food and coffee places what does that tell you. Imagine how many there would be all across the country if it were fully legal and how much money they would make its mind boggeling why its so evil to want to get stoned but perfectly ok to go out and get drunk or wasted like they say. The country has to many of these brainless dults in it cant wait till things change.

  8. The reason you don't need a prescription is because its not a damn drug its a plant and you dont need to change it in any way just use it. Also you can buy all you want because you can't overdose on it. You would have to buy 1300 lbs of it and smoke it all in less than 1 hour to overdose on it and who the hell would even try to do that even if it were possible.
