  1. Very lovely, but I have mottophobia, so the video in the background was a bit distracting personally, lol. I am not at all offended by that. You canโ€™t cater to everyone, Iโ€™m just saying where Iโ€™m coming fromโค๏ธ๐ŸŒบ

  2. Iโ€™m 14 so I donโ€™t think I can legally get it in New York because of my age my anxiety is to the point where if I crack my neck accidentally I think I broke it or if I get a little cut I think Iโ€™m gonna loose a lot of blood or possibly die. What do you think is the best strain for me Iโ€™ve tried cbd of all brands and different kinds and it doesnโ€™t work for me

  3. One thing that I've realized is that if you are in your head a lot, like me, and also struggle with anxiety, micro dosing "indica strain" or indica edibles worked well. CBD has helped me but indica works the best. Indica does not put me on the couch as many who have tried it suggested. Since my mind is always going it helps me to keep the anxiety part in check and yet surprisingly I'm sharp ,focus and still be very active… I've micro dosed sativa edibles, hybrids, and thc + cbd edibles and it didn't help, my mind would just go and I would do several things at once and complete none. Perhaps what worked for me might not work for you.

  4. Its about finding the right strain and dosing appropriately. If you do too much and are not use to it, it can cause a bad trip. Start small and experiment with different strains.

  5. I laughed at anxiety before it consumed my life. Led to chronic gastritis and GERD. Now Iโ€™m looking for something to control this crap. Once it flares up, I start gasping and continuously overthinking, feeling like youโ€™re gonna die in a sense. Hypochondria! What can I use for this? I do like a little high so what strain would you two recommend?

  6. Girl in the grey sweatshirt you are gorgeous also is it just me or is CBD worthless doesnโ€™t do anything for anxiety you donโ€™t feel any effects or reduction in stress.

  7. Hi, this is such a sweet video. I love the girls personality and her sweatshirt. So, purchasing a bud with a low THC to mitigate the anxiety, do we still get the psycho active โ€œhighโ€ experience? I am primarily wanting to purchase medical marijuana for my anxiety, but personally, I wouldnโ€™t mind having the psychoactive affect, at least when Iโ€™m not working and just chilling out.

  8. I have PTSD and anxiety, I used to live in Oregon where it's fully legal and I would use Indica gummies to relax in the evening and it basically saved my life, I moved here to Utah where it's illegal and I have almost taken my life twice and have been in the hospital, they need to legalize it everywhere

  9. TBH, i came here for the cannabis/anxiety info, stayed for Ciara. It's hectic that the first strain you brought up was Lemon Haze.
I only get anxiety from time to time when the CFS/FM gets REALLY bad, but when i do, i find Lemon haze is lovely… but I tend to be very discerning with it and use it in very small doses and only when i really need it for pain & lethargy. I find general healthy living (healthy food, regular sleep, exercise, healthy gut, hydration) does wonders at managing the cfs and anxiety etc. The thing that I've found holds true with THC, is that less is more. Awesome vid ladies (and I do know it was 2 years ago though lol) ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ Lots of amazing information on how to do medical Cannabis the right way, thank you! ๐Ÿ˜Š You have a new subscriber ๐Ÿค™
Will be nice when there's more CBD oils/tinctures available here in Australia. Its a bit of a tricky medication to navigate and get prescribed here, still. Even though its been legalised for medical use. Still so hard to get. and REALLY expensive ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ˜ต
In the meantime, may you lovely folk at Greenhouse Wellness, and indeed anyone reading this, do your best to remain healthy, joyous and vigilant during these challenging times. Namaste ๐Ÿ™

  10. ive been suffering since I was 13 i started using thc for my anxiety around 17 it help me so much I would wake up 3-4 in the morning (Still do some days ) with heavy anxiety shortness of breath tightness in my stomach the butterfly feeling I would smoke right away within the 3rd hit my anxiety started going away I felt good then I end up knocking having a goodnight sleep

  11. Weed makes my anxiety worse, but I have had a strain that was wonderful. Felt calm and relaxed. Unfortunately I have no idea what strain it was(got it from a friend of mine a long time ago).

  12. I have really bad anxiety that Ive never treated because Iโ€™m afraid they will just prescribe me meds .
But weed has never been my thing because Iโ€™ve only had bad experiences such as bad trip . Worse anxiety and panic attacks .

  13. I need help with choosing a strain that's high in cbd and is indica. I really need help choosing out cause my anxiety hits me bad Everytime when I'm at work. One dayy brother gave me a joint in the afternoon that was an indica and made me feel like a good me. One day I want to see a brighter day ๐Ÿ˜”

  14. Do you know any good recipe ? Im gonna bake with some indica, feels like it's absorbs better if I eat it. For anxiety yea

  15. Sorry for this long question/comment. I have had anxiety and depression since I was about 11/12 (I'm 20 now). It has gotten slightly better though. It still keeps me from doing a lot of things in life, including just about every social interaction and even just thinking about the future (1 hour from now, or even 10 years). So, my biggest fear is my doctor thinking I just want to get marijuana and don't actually have anxiety. I've been in situations where I can barely move and shaking like crazy. Idk what to do I've tried to just fight it but it's ruined most of my teen years. Hoping you can help!:/

  16. I am skeptical of the assertion that different strains of cannabis produce different effects on the body and brain. But I am not dismissive of the hypothesis. There are a lot more chemical and psychological effects to consider before one should say this or that strain produces a certain effect on any given individual. The levels of complexity in both the chemical makeup of various cannabis strains and the mental state of the user must be researched much more thoroughly before we can make any scientifically valid conclusions. Until then I guess each individual must decide by trial and error which strain suites their own requirements. This article may be of interest to anyone concerned with the subject:
https://www.forbes.com/sites/mikeadams/2018/10/14/new-research-shows-all-marijuana-strains-basically-the-same/#3ee9628923fa The scientific research on cannabis should not be influenced by political or commercial interest. I am not for the decriminalization of weed or the legalization of it. Do we talk about decriminalization or legalization of and taxing tomato plants? Is it illegal to grow tobacco for personal use? Richie Havens said it best fifty years ago. FREEDOM FREEDOM FREEDOM!!!!!

  17. I see that Greenhouse Wellness is located in Maryland and I am interested in getting a medical card in Maryland, would I be able to get a medical card solely off of anxiety and depression(Been prescribed 2 SSRIs that didn't work and then another non SSRI medication that also did not help)? I am also pretty thin and tend to not have a great appetite, but I don't have any eating disorders. I know that indica helps me with both anxiety and my appetite quite a lot as I used to use it quite often. I know I probably can't go into the doctor and be like "I know indica helps cause I use to smoke it all the time!!!" I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on what information I should give the doctor concerning my previous(illegal and recreational use) of cannabis as I know that it has been pretty much the only drug that has helped me with anxiety. Also the reason I've also completely stopped using black market cannabis is because of all the risk factors that come with it.

Edit: I mostly used cartridges of thc oil(because it was discrete and super easy to use, also felt like the highs I got off of cartridges helped the most with relaxation and anxiety) which is why I no longer buy from dealers as the market has been flooded with fake cartridges that are improperly manufactured and ridden with pesticides…

  18. Marijuana cures anxiety, dignity, ambition, cleanliness. People know you smoke. Your eyes are swollen closed, you have that stupid grin, giggle at nothing and donโ€™t know what day it is.

  19. I got nothing from this video because the girl on the left was totally into herself and just loved staring into the monitor. And, excuse me, loved flipping her damn hair. Why don't you just get on a singles app, flip all you want, get a big mirror. So distracting. Please redo this video with an experienced person who is not hung up on herself. The volumn was too low. I needed to hear this information. Can the lady on the right remake video by yourself.??

  20. Beautiful Bitch!!!
