All those matatu owners if combine their wealth, citizens donate and government adds money without corruption they can build 10 railways roots and buy 3 electric trains it will solve 75% of road problems like accident, traffic, environment pollution, accident deaths. But that is after citizens, entrepreneurs and the government work trust each other and work together. I believe the citizens are the government and the government is citizen and the law is the schedule that they all follow and rules and regulations are the rewards they get at the end of the road.

  4. Congratulations NTV. We need more of these to tame those rogue matatu drivers. They behave as if they have exclusive rights to the roads. They should be jailed for at least three months with no option of fine and the licenses suspended for 1yr.
