  1. How can anyone listen to this guy ramble on like Joe Biden. Lol! Know why I dont have my own channel? Because I'm not a good speaker. Know your roll and do what you're good at and not what you are bad at. Js

  2. The power struggle between Federal and State powers was put in place by our Checks & Balances system. Checks and Balances sums up the measures put in place within our governments infrastructure to ensure that no entity (the feds, state, or local authorities) is operating without the supervision of the other. Ie, feds cant take over states for states rights and states cant ignore feds for obvious reason. The relationship between Federal and State governments is best explained like a parent/child relationship, there has to be compromise on both sides for mutual contentment. With checks and balances in place, right hand sees the left hand and knows what it doing. One can't take over the other. You were pretty sporadic in explaining that when you touched on the topic, figured I'd help. Hope I did

  3. My state makes a fortune busting people and our legislatures have stock in the alcohol industry meaning legal weed would threaten their pockets , I live in the "island surrounded by smoke" (Wisconsin) and the police and lawmakers are more worried about keeping weed out even though it's inevitable that it's gonna get here when some people only live 10 minutes away from the state borders, I guess we also have the highest black incarnation rate in the whole country so yee haw wisconsin , A bunch of assbackwards racist old farmers

  4. The MORE act is less about legalization and all about big business pushing in to so banks can work with cannibis money.
So its all bout corporate green big business so the monopoly gap gets wider.

  5. Ironically im sitting here in Ga medicated on cannabis while watching this. Currently highlighting the very much failed war on drugs. Ironically with Colorado products fully manufactured, boxed and labeled and on par or cheaper then the rec shops there. This is common here. I would gladly pay the taxes and do the "right" thing with a huge grin on my face if that was an option, instead the hypocrisy leaves me feeling like a criminal, simply because I dont like the socially accepted and legal poison called alcohol.

I am also a moderate republican, voted trump twice, as well as the senate seats here in Ga, well not the run off. (Yet). This is truly is a bi partisan issue, that I wish I didnt even have to make. What should I do? I dont want to go against my ethics and morals that I deem being apart of me due to being a Christian and a republican. Catch 22, how do I vote? Or do I even?

But thank you for making this video! With federal legalization hopefully looming, and being here where we are unfortunately still under prohibition, I was wondering the implications from state to state on this. Very well done 👏

  6. You should check out End It For Good. It’s run by Christina Dent in Mississippi. Learned about her from one of the Johanne Hari appearances on Joe Rohan’s Podcast. Good shit.

  7. Don't be fooled people! This is strictly about BIG business taking over the industry and not about we the people. Guaranteed when this finally happens the beneficiaries will be big business. So demand this be passed without any big business advantages and you will find out just how fast this bill died. It's about power not us.

  8. Well let's see whats happens , (probably nothing) all them old goats in the senate especially Mitch McConnell got to go they still beleave in prohibition they will block the bill like always , let the public vote on legalization !!!!!!
We need young blood in the senate to get full legalization in the USA 🇺🇸

  9. I have no hope for Wisconsin I give it a year and I’m moving. They make excuses that there’s not enough science and it’s not federally legal. Most of our state voted for it and wanted it and they never gave it to us. Our legal system likes locking our citizens in a loop where they lock them up and fine them, Wisconsin is over policing.

  10. I think that the Criminal Expungement and Paid Reform is what's stopping this from Passing. It should be focused on money in tax dollars as well as Justice for past run ins with the Law.

  11. I think if this passes. By 2030 we should have some really good ozs for just a bit over 100 or even some mids lower than that would be a crazy world to live in

  12. It would definitely be a blow to Governors ls riding that excuse that it's still federally illegal. I believe economic downturn may shape how quickly this things gets turned around and signed off.
